Hello Everyone! This week has been awesome. We have finished all the lessons for our two investigators and have set up their baptismal date for this Thursday. Needless to say, I'm super excited to dunk these kids. I feel like I've talked about them in the last email, but they really are amazing. The elders have also finally gotten permission for their investigator to get baptized. A little context: the elders' investigator is named Bolor-Irden, and he had been an investigator for two long years. He has gone through the lessons multiple times, and he is just a spiritually filled kid. His parents would not let him get baptized, and finally, this past Saturday, the elders fully sent it and went over to their house to ask for permission, even beg if necessary. And the biggest miracle happened. His mom finally gave permission. Now he is going to be baptized with our two investigators. Hey y'all! This week's email is going to be short. Sorry in advance. We are having an amazing time here in Selenge. We have two investigators who are excited to learn about the gospel. We have them both on date! I'm excited to get my new friends baptized and looking towards the temple. For P-day, we went on a little hike up a mountain—or at least as close to a mountain as you can get in Mongolia. Anyway, one of the most memorable events from this week was eating at a member's house after doing some service. She gave us hosher, which is usually my favorite Mongolian food. However, as I took a bite into one, I got a mouthful of uncooked, bloody meat. I got through half of my first one and then thankfully got rid of the rest.
